payment process.

1. Scope of Service
SDO Consultancy provides student counseling and application support for international education. This includes course guidance, application assistance, and visa file preparation. All advice given is based on the best of  our knowledge and available information at the timeof consultation.

2. Transparency and Limitations

❖ Our counseling is independent and impartial. Students may hear varying information from other agents or peers. We are not liable for any advice or claims made by third parties.

❖ The information we provide is accurate to our knowledge but may differ from what students may find elsewhere. We encourage students to cross-check directly with the institutions if needed. 

3. Payments and Financial Responsibility
❖ All tuition and university related payments are the sole responsibility of the student and are to be paid directly to the respective institutions. SDO Consultancy does not collect or handle university fees on behalf of any institution.
❖ If SDO Consultancy charges any service or processing fee, a signed service agreement and a formal invoice will be provided to the student in advance.
❖ Students must not make any payments to SDO Consultancy unless they receive an official invoice and agreement. Any payment made without these documents is at the student’s own risk.

4. No Guarantee Clause
While we aim to guide students effectively through the admission and visa processes, we do
not guarantee:
❖ Admission to any university or institution
❖ Scholarship awards or discounts
❖ Visa approval or processing timelines

All decisions are subject to the respective universities, embassies, or third-party authorities. SDO Consultancy is not responsible for the outcome of these decisions.

5. Confidentiality & Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal and academic information.
❖ All student data is handled with strict confidentiality.
❖ We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties unless
it is required for:
▷ University or college applications
▷ Visa processing
▷ Other official purposes directly related to your educational journey

6. Communication Policy
❖ SDO Consultancy communicates primarily through email and official WhatsApp or SMS channels.
❖ All critical discussions (including fees, document submissions, deadlines) will be followed by a written confirmation.
❖ Students are responsible for checking and responding to communications in a timely manner.

7. Document Accuracy and Responsibility
❖ Students must ensure that all documents provided to SDO Consultancy are true, accurate, and valid.
❖ We are not responsible for delays or rejections resulting from misleading or incorrect documentation submitted by the student.

8. Refund Policy
❖ If a student pays a service charge to SDO Consultancy and later cancels or fails to proceed, refunds (if applicable) will be as per the signed agreement.
❖ No refund shall be issued for:

   ▷ Services already delivered
   ▷ Rejected applications or visas
   ▷ Cases where the student violates these Terms

9. Code of Conduct
We expect students to behave respectfully and professionally in all interactions. SDO Consultancy reserves the right to terminate services for any student involved in:
❖ Fraudulent document submission
❖ Abusive or threatening behavior
❖ Misuse of our name or brand

10. Modifications to Terms
SDO Consultancy may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be published on our website or communicated directly. Students are advised to check regularly for updates.

11. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of [Insert your country/state]. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located therein.
