Refund Policy
Last Updated: 6.8.2025
At SDO Consultancy, we aim to provide transparent, fair, and professional services to all students. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which service fees may be refunded and clarifies our role regarding tuition fee payments to universities or colleges.
1. Tuition Fees – Paid Directly to Institutions
SDO Consultancy does not collect, handle, or process tuition fees on behalf of any university, college, or educational institution.
All tuition and related academic fees are to be paid directly by the student to the respective institution.
Any tuition fee refund is solely subject to the institution’s own refund policy, and students must communicate directly with the institution for such matters.
As an agent, we may guide and assist students in contacting the institution or understanding its refund procedures, but we have no authority over their decisions.
2. Service Fees Paid to SDO Consultancy
Service fees are charged only for consultancy services such as counseling, application assistance, and visa file preparation. These fees are separate from tuition fees and are governed by the following:
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds (if applicable) will be provided according to the signed Service Agreement between the student and SDO Consultancy.
No refund will be issued for services already delivered, completed application submissions, or visa processing steps already taken.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds will not be issued if:
The student cancels services after work has commenced.
An application or visa is rejected by the university, embassy, or other authority.
The student provides false, misleading, or incomplete documents.
The student violates the Terms and Conditions of SDO Consultancy.
3. Cancellation Requests
All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing to SDO Consultancy.
Any approved refund will be processed within 15–30 working days after verification.
4. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated directly to students.
